Love, what is it, really? Is it a tender whisper in the middle of the night, a warm embrace, or a moment of deep connection? Is it a sigh of relief after a long struggle, or the sacred pause of forgiveness extended and received? So often, we wrestle with the idea that love must be earned. That we must reach a certain standard before we are worthy of it. But love, true love, is none of those things alone.

Love is pure. Love is genuine. Love is God, our Father, the supreme Creator of all things, the Elohim who existed before the beginning began. He has intentionally set aside His deep, abiding love for you,  His beloved child. This love has been poured out in abundance through the life of Jesus. All you need to do is receive, this free gift of grace by faith and all this love can fill your heart by the Holy Spirit.

Release your past, your doubts, your fears, and your imperfections and allow God’s love to gently create in you the you He always intended you to be.

Prayer

Abba (Father), thank You for Your pure, unfailing love. I lay down every lie that tells me I must earn what You freely give through your Son. Root my faith deeply in Your love so that I may trust You fully and believe without fear. I receive Your love today just as I am.
